On this two-hour walking tour, you’ll get to explore Rathmullan in Donegal and gain insights into its storied history from your local guide.

After meeting your guide, you’ll begin your tour. As you walk along, you’ll hear stories about events that have shaped the history of the town, such as the legends of Lough Swilly and the great escape of 1607, which marked the end of the old Gaelic order. Additionally, you'll discover how in 1914, the residents of the area woke up to find the Grand Fleet of Great Britain anchored in the Lough.

During the tour, you can also admire the scenic landscape of the seaside village.
