Staff was very responsive and helpful. Place has all the amenities you need with no hassle or pesky host. Plus the entire place is handicap accessible great if your traveling with someone with limited mobility. All the comforts of home without the steep prices. Great location close to highly traveled places and great place to stop over on a road trip.

This is my second stay at the Ryan Hotel, and each time has been great! I love the location of the hotel because it’s right in the heart of Cong. The staff is always the highlight for me. They are truly exceptional and friendly! I always felt like I was treated so well and enjoyed the helpful information they would give on places to visit. Everything was extremely comfortable and clean at this hotel.

Geraldine and Michael are first-rate hosts! I was warmly welcomed to their beautiful B&B farm, and generously taken care of throughout my stay. The place is immaculately clean and tidy and as comfortable as a five-star hotel. The full Irish breakfast with Michael’s homemade Irish soda bread was the best I’ve had in my 90+ days traveling the Emerald Isle.

This was a self catering cottage . We loved making our own meals. There was a lovely little bakery where we bought a selection of breads, all very yummy.
We found a couple of nice cafes in Cong,not too far from Clonbur that served delicious coffee and scones. There is an easy walk from Chonbur to Cong.

Lovely town with some really nice woodland walks , it’s also very close to places like killary fjord and Kylemore abbey , Cong is also a really nice town and very close , you are not far from Ballinrobe which has plenty of options to do some shopping
