The exciting thing about Dublin, that its educational then fun. The stone walls dictate the strong family unit and work ethics that are still strong today. Not to forget the strong understanding of the irish immigrants of yester year.
But you aregyaranteed tohave fun inthose beautiful pubs with a creamy pint of Guinness.

Public transport is very easy and convenient for getting around and there is a lot that's walkable. The live music was great - I went to a singer-songwriter night on Wednesday at the Zodiac Sessions (downstairs at Bruxelles). Food at Bruxelles was great too. Some really cool independent shops and the people were really friendly. Yes, it's pricey but so are other capital cities! There is lots to enjoy for less or for free, just needs some research for what you're interested in. Only problem now is that I'm a Guinness convert and need to go back!

Dublin is gorgeous.
Dublin is gorgeous. If you are familiar with big cities like New York and Los Angeles, you will be comfortable there. City Center is very walkable and there is a lot of diversity in people, cuisine, and attractions.

Great city with plenty to go and see.
Great city with plenty to go and see. We went to the comedy club at Kennedys bar near temple bar and this was great. The hop on hop off bus tours are a great way to see what the city has to offer. Many fantastic places to eat. We were spoilt for choice.

Wow, so much to see and do.
Wow, so much to see and do. Lots of walking, but amazing public transport system as well. Everything is so accessible with sooooo many things to do and see you could never get round them all. It's also such a party town with loads of students everywhere. Such a great city. It has everything. Well, maybe the weather could be a bit less rainy, but who cares when you're having a great time.

Dublin was lovely. We had some great food and drink.
Dublin was lovely. We had some great food and drink. I would not stay at this hotel again the reception staff were miserable and not helpful. I had an issue on booking a taxi and because I wanted to add breakfast but they were saying I didn’t book it. I didn’t I just wanted to add it. Also it shouldn’t be called town Center as the town is a good 20 minute walk, or £15 in taxi.
We found a great Pub the Stags head which served the best Guinness and a great Italian restaurant.
The hotel, located in the center of Ireland, is a classic American-style Hampton with all its amenities. The price and location are excellent, but above all, the incredible service stood out. I went to Ireland for my birthday, and Lucia, one of the sweetest and most attentive individuals I've encountered, took care of me. She made me feel incredibly special on my day, and I am very grateful for her attention and dedication to her work. Aleksej at the reception was also very kind. Honestly, a 100/10 in customer service!
This hotel is in the centre of Dublin, so they provide earplugs as it can be noisy. It's a great location, right in the city centre near pubs, shops and restrauants. It was a little challenging to find as its in a laneway. The staff were great, the hotel also provides free fruit (always appreciated) and water. Room was clean with the basic necessities only, bed, ensuite, chair and hangers. It wasn't too noisy when the window was closed.
Bed - it was perfect matress (not too soft and worn) and I like the size of it even if I booked for just one person
Location - as a former resident of Rathmines I feel at home in the area+ it's close to both city centre, Ranelagh, Terenure and Rathgar.
Room - spacious & very, very comfy 😊 always clean and well kept hotel
Staff - they are sweet, helpful, friendly - just like you expect from a hotel in Ireland
This hotel was AMAZING! It was so quiet, clean, and comfortable and close to everything. Our bags were lost coming into Ireland and we were so lucky that this hotel was so close to shopping.! The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. As someone who has traveled a lot within Ireland and the UK, I cannot reccommend this place enough. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
Travelodge Plus, Dublin City Centre, newly opened in 2023, is well located, a few minutes stroll from the Liffey and a 10 minute walk east of Temple Bar. The hotel room was compact but had everything you need for a comfotable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bar/restaurant & outdoor area offered plenty of seating. Would recommend.
Location. Rest all good but in case of emergencies we must have backup. I'm sorry to say no where in the world I have ever seen hotel electricity and water went away for whole night and day. I think it's a joke in Ireland that things that happen in our household is happening in hotels infrastructure.
The most comfortable and fun hotel we stayed at all week on our trip to Ireland. Actually didn't really interact with much staff, as check in was automated. Large, modern room, excellent facilities and everything well ordered and running smoothly. Buffet breakfast. We would stay here again.
Nice, very new hotel. Great view over the canal to south Dublin. Great location between Rathmines and city centre. Didn't have any issues with noise. Comfy bed, a good shower, and a coffee pod machine in the room. A complimentary half bottle of wine in the room was a nice touch!
This hotel was by far the most comfortable and luxurious place we stayed during our 10-day trip throughout Ireland. The bed was Heavenly and super comfortable! The breakfast was amazing! Very enjoyable with everything you could ask for. We were in a great local on O'Connelle St.
It is student accommodation that is let out in the summer as a hotel, it is great for people on a budget and it not too far on the tram to Dublin city centre. Get the visitor 3/7 day leapm card if you are visiting as it is much better than the pay as you go cards.
Convenience in city centre. Comfortable very nice food and lovely bar staff very welcoming. All in all we had a very pleasant stay will certainly be staying there anytime I am in Dublin and have recommended the hotel to my family friends.
This was our last stop on a 10 day trip to Ireland. The hotel provides so many special amenities. Really convenient and fun base for touring Dublin. Staff gets extra points for help they gave me when I needed to extend our stay.
the location was a little bit far from de city centre as we expected, but Dublin is not a big city, walking you can reach all the city center places.
Breakfast was good. A little bit unnorganized when was full, but acceptable
Great location in Dublin City Centre near Trinity College, Temple Bar and the shopping district. Very contemporary hi-tech hotel room. Small. but well laid out, quiet and perfect for a solo traveler.
Great location walking distance to all of Dublin’s main attractions. Staff were very accommodating and answered all our questions before arrival. Our room was clean and large for Ireland standards.
Nice hotel. Very clean. Pleasant helpful staff on reception. Very convenient for Temple Street hospital and also for Dublin city centre. Secure parking at back of hotel. 10e charge for car park.
Great location, clean, comfortable, good breakfast and a friendly staff. And decent water pressure in the shower which seems to be an issue at other hotels in Ireland. What more do you need?
