We love the Irish countryside, loved our time there, even had mostly very good weather. The Mount Wolseley complex is great, good food, great golf. People were friendly and nice in the area, we found everything we needed.

There isn't much in Tullow for adults bar a few spots to go walking, a golf course and Rathwood Shopping Centre. I would imagine Rathwood would suit families with young children for a day visit as there is amusement facilities etc.

Tullow is a charming village where the villagers are very proud of their history! A lot of lovely little gems here, including the local museum and of course the wonderfully warm and welcoming Tara Arms (where I had the greatest steak ever!).
Maggie was a wonderful host. She made us feel welcome. We had a lovely chat over a very tasty breakfast. My sister and I were attending a wedding in Mount Wolseley so the location was perfect. Mia Casa is located in a lovely little housing estate off the avenue leading up to the hotel. The estate is quiet and it is gated so we felt safe coming back late from the wedding.
I was taking part in an event in the Mount Wolseley Hotel and the accommodation was ideally located for this. The room was very comfortable and tea and coffee making facilities and bottled water were provided.
It would be an very good option for people attending a wedding at the hotel.
This was a fab little break from the world , the staff especially Sandra at reception and Mary at breakfast were superb. The food in the restaurant was varied healthy and tasty. We went for a pre breakfast swim and the pool and jacuzzi was a lovely experience, I loved my hotel experience.
Friendly and competent staff throughout - quiet
room location, as requested with comfortable bed and modern, well-equipped en suite. Car parking spaces available adjacent to hotel reception - wide selection of menu choices and separate spacious lounge area with food options.
Very nice house, John and Jenny had decorated the house really nicely for Christmas. There was a bowl of chocolates on the table which was a nice touch! John was very easy to contact ahead of time and very accommodating. 5 minute walk to the hotel. Would definitely recommend
The house is very spacious and was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is a stone's throw away. It was nice to find tea/coffee/other necessities in the kitchen. Communication from the property owner was excellent.
It was great to be able to use the leisure centre at the hotel, our children loved the pool !
We also.loved the close proximity to Rathwood & the Santa Train, all in all a wonderful family trip.
We had a really enjoyable 2 night stay at Mount Wolseley. The staff were very helpful and there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere at this hotel. Would definitely go back again.
