Great location. Beach , shop and pub very near Only a short drive to Wexford town A very warm house with all the mod cons you have at home. Very spacious and bright. Lovely sun trap in the back with plenty of seats.

Fantastic location. This superbly furnished luxurious bungalow located in the heart of Rosslare Strand, is in a private cul-de-sac of two houses and is accessed through an electric gate entrance, with parking space to the front. The living area, kitchen and dining area are all open plan and furnished to the highest specification with granite worktop and flat screen TV. The kitchen area has all modern convinces including dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer and Sky TV included in living and master bedroom. Underfloor heating throughout the property and gas stove fire in living room. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The outside area of this property is fully enclosed and includes garden furniture and outside shower.
This property is situated approximately 15 minutes drive from Rosslare Harbour Ferry Port, and 3 minutes walk to Kelly's Resort Hotel, Rosslare Golf Club and just across the road to the famous golden sandy beach. There is a superb choice of resturants close by and many sporting and leisure facilities nearby including Tennis, Crazy Golf, Sailing, Wind Surfing, Canoeing etc. The property is only 5 minutes walk to the train station or 15 minutes drive to Wexford town.
