We enjoyed a 2 night stay in Renvyle House for my husband's 60th birthday..From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and comfortable in the beautiful surroundings despite the rain showers. We enjoyed the delicious 5 course meal on the first night and the staff were so nice, they even sang Happy Birthday and presented a small cake with a candle to my hubby..The second night we had the bar menu and that was also delicious. We will be back again for sure, thank you Renvyle House staff.

This village is too remote with no cafes/restaurants or taxi service. It used to have cafe and taxis but not any more. It has a good petrol station and shop. We travelled to Letterfrack/Clifden/Roundstone and Cleggan beaches incredible food lovely would definitely stay in 1 of these villages in future.

Very quiet and peaceful area. Hiking is spectacular .

Very quiet and peaceful area. Hiking is spectacular . Easy to drive around the area , roads are narrow and drive on the left , but the country roads are quiet , more sheep than anything on them ! And always give way to sheep :) Everyone was friendly and helpful . Loved this beautiful area and exploring Connemara National Park.

Renvyle beach is one of my favourites in Ireland.

Renvyle beach is one of my favourites in Ireland. Due to its remote location in Connemara it's never going to be crowded, so it's a very peaceful, scenic place to spend time there. If the weather is good, try it!

AnnMarie and her team are incredible nothing is too much trouble for them, everyone's stay is made to feel so personal. No TV's in the peaceful lounge area beautiful conservatory to sit in and hear the waves or splashes from the heated outdoor pool yes I said POOL The food is a highlight in Renvyle The Rusheenduff restaurant here cooks incredible fresh locally sourced food. Barfood is equally delicious and The Afternoon Tea is to die for. For the foodies looking for rest, relaxation and great food Renvyle is for you !

tony and wife were very nice and friendly. the property was in a beautiful setting in a very small village in their house. the room was large with 2 comfortable chairs and the hosts were very accommodating with water and little treats. the breakfast was included, very good, and plentiful with lots of options. dinner at the hotel was very good too. basically the village is a small pub, hotel and not much else open. quaint pretty setting. Connemara area is beautiful and if weather permits much outside to do and see.

As a last minute booking given it’s location to Connemara National Park, I can honestly say that this is one of the top places that I have stayed in Ireland. lt shines brightly over many 5 star hotels around the country. it’s location with so many amenities on its doorstep, for residents only, makes it an ideal getaway. From what I could see it is solo, couple, family and pet friendly. Staff were superb and food equally as pleasing.

Rooms are comfortable, and while not large, ample for our two day stay. Greatly enjoyed the patio off my room to enjoy views of the sea. A very quiet location yet not far from several towns with restaurants and amenities, and only a few minutes from Connemara National Park. Breakfast was delicious with much variety, and the shared spaces comfortable and inviting. I would definitely stay again.

Great location, looking accross the bay. Very cosy bedroom, fantastic breakfast sitting beside a lovely open fire. John is a great host, would highly recommend to my friends. Feels like a mini hotel, but with a very homely Irish old world atmosphere. I will use it as a base again when travelling to Connamara.

I am rating because Booking keeps asking me. We did not end up staying in the Hut, but in the owners Hotel Moah Reidh. The Hut had a heating issue so the owner kindly put us in his hotel. SUPER nice guy, great sense of humor...we really enjoyed our stay.

Stunning location in Connemara. Close to two beautiful beaches. House was spotless and so comfortable. The view of Lough Fee from the house is breathtaking. Bathrooms in the house are like new, hotel standard. We will be back to stay again.

Due to an issue with a water leak, we were unable to stay in the accommodation we had booked. Helpfully, the host also owned a local 3* hotel just up the road and he arranged for us to have a room there and included breakfast !

We were right by the water and had a ocean view. We could walk to the ocean from the B&B. The room was spacious. Monica was great and fun to talk to. Very quiet. Short drive to the town of Renvyle for dinner.
