Perfect location an easy walk to local attractions. Owner knew just about everyone in the town and gave me a tour of the city which included a visit to the town mart. Very quiet and friendly.

I always stay at Barr Na Sráide when I come to Dingle, sometimes twice a year. The inn is a minute or two walk to everything in Dingle. The bar is cozy and friendly, and the breakfast men has many options. I have tried several and think exceptional for the price.

Dingle is a compact town on the southern side of the eponymous peninsular. It has a plethora of bars, restaurants, shops and cafes. At the waterfront are a number of businesses offering boat trips and there is an aquarium. Dingle is at the start of the Slea Head Drive, a tour around the peninsular visiting many interesting sites and exploring the wonderful scenery in this part of the world. However, once these are done there's not much to occupy you beyond more food and drink, or listening to music in those places offering you food and drink! Having said that, it is very good food indeed, with wonderful seafood almost everywhere. The local beer is also very good and makes a change from the omnipresent Guinness.
I'd recommend three to four nights max.

This was my first time in Dingle and I absolutely loved it!
I stayed there for three days exploring the area and I will certainly come back when I have the chance. Dingle town is so lively and the Slea Head loop drive is one of the most magical places I've seen. I stopped at every viewing point, archaeological site, and other points of interest.
Truly, truly magical - specially when it's sunny!

At least two breathtaking coastal drives start in Dingle and we really enjoyed doing them both. It was also easy to access a range of beautiful and deserted beaches (this was in March though) and to visit nearby towns and villages.

Pádraig is an excellent host and it was a pleasure to stay at his home. He provides great information on the Dingle Peninsular and is more than happy to help you with advice on the best routes to places. The self serve breakfast was fabulous LOTS of choice and great quality. For a well priced dinner or lunch, it is just a short stroll to the local Kruger’s Bar. A full house the night we stayed but everyone was respectful of others and there was no late night noise and no long showers in the shared bathroom.
Located in lovely town on the Dingle Peninsula. Had dedicated parking, easily accessible. Rooms were very clean, beautiful, and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was delicious, with some of the best bread and mini mince pies we had on the entire trip. Hosts Lorcán and Fergel were very kind and gregarious and offered helpful advice for local restaurants, bars, and a look a lot the gorgeous Henry Clarke stained glass in the chapel right around the corner from the guesthouse.
Great location to stay in Dingle. We had two families, 10 people total with four adults and six kids. This property was perfect for our needs. Big rooms and common areas and nice kitched and living rooms. The house is new and in really good shape. Location cant be beat for an easy walk into town less than half a mile. Would highly recommend and would stay again if we returned to Dingle
The staff is the best we had in Ireland. They were helpful in telling us about the town, making us feel welcome, directing us to the sights around Dingle, and so much more. I loved staying here, and wish I could have stayed longer. Beautiful scenery and its right in the harbor, so what's not to love? I will absolutely stay here again when I return to Ireland.
The property was a bit further out from dingle town on the peninsula which was really nice because it meant it was a bit quieter. It was located on some lovely farm land and there was some lambs which you could go in and hold and in the morning feed. The owners were very welcoming and the house was well set up with a very big spread of breakfast options.
Everything about our stay was perfect! The hosts, Pat and Ann, gave us a warm irish welcome of tea and cake and even a song on the piano !!! The rooms are beautiful, but the highlight of the house is the breakfast/sitting room with a million dollar view of Dingle Bay and downtown.
Also worth noting the water pressure in the bathroom was amazing!
The view of the cows and Dingle bay from bedroom window. It was an en suite, so met our needs very nicely. Owners very accommodating and personable. Easy ride into Dingle. A beautiful little beach town. Music at the Dingle pub. Bakeries and food was delicious. Lots of wonderful little shops. So much to see on driver around Single peninsula!
From the warm greeting on arrival, and throughout our 3 night stay; we were treated by the friendly staff with courtesy and kindness. The Bar staff and restaurant staff in the hotel were exceptional and contributed greatly in making our stay in Dingle a highlight in our trip to Ireland.
Right in the center of Dingle town. They have their own parking. The hotel is newly renovated and the room and bathroom is sparkling clean. The room came with great variety of breakfast items, and the staff are all super nice. Unbeatable value, so happy about this hotel.
The host Fioonan was very helpful and good banter to have the chats and a laugh with. Friendly dogs on the farm. Very nice rooms. Great place to stay if you are in Dingle and not to far from the town center 👌
The hotel is in a great location for exploring the Dingle bay area. It has ample parking, breakfast is really good, and staff are friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was quite large and comfortable.
This is a brilliant place for a night or weekend away in Dingle, then the owner is so welcoming and very helpful. And 10 min walk straight into town centre. Highly recommend it, better than any hotel room.
Very charming, locally owned hotel in a great location within walking distance of everything in Dingle. Ann is a warm and lovely host. Breakfast was wonderful. Everything was easy. Will stay here again.
Wowza! What a great place - staff was awesome, room fantastic - a great experience for a great rate. Right in the hub of things - stunning views. The Lantern Townhouse is THE place to stay in Dingle.
The breakfast was very good with a great number of options. Fabulous views of Dingle Bay from the windows of the house. Less than 10mins walk to Dingle town centre on a footpath all the way
