Great music, fun and food. Excellent quality food in all pubs and hotels. You can walk between pubs but lack of street lights can make this dangerous at night...maybe there could be a store of hivis vests that could be swapped between pubs for those walking.

Got a true feel for this countryside / seaside community.
Got a true feel for this countryside / seaside community. Loved the pubs. Took the scenic cliff side walk to Cliffs of Moher which was spectacular but super muddy. Amazing and majestic. Bus back to town could have been more on time and available.

Doolin is a delightful village. McGann's Pub was great. Delicious food, good music. A quintessential Irish pub. Doolin is convenient for visiting the Cliffs of Mohr and the Burren. I would have gladly stayed a few more days.

Doolin is a cute little town and is a great place to stay for close proximity to the Cliffs of Moher. There isn't much to do in Doolin, so I recommend staying there only to spend the night after visiting the Cliffs that afternoon or before visiting the Cliffs the next morning.

Doolin is known for its Irish Trad music. Go there if you can fit it into your trip! Doolin Cave has the largest stalactite in Europe formed over 70,000 years. It was a good add on and takes only an hour.
Excellent weekend in Dooling.
We were supposed to have a double room but we were upgraded to an entire house with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one big and one small).
House is spotless clean, in a very quiet location and the staff is very friendly.
Parking is available free of charge in front of the place and the town is at walking distance.
We had dinner at the on-site restaurant and it was excellent, highly recommended!
Excellent location for the ferry to Aran Islands.
Fast check-in/check-out
Rooms: The room/bathroom were great and very modern, as the property seemed to be brand new! Breakfast included a few pastries, but water/tea/coffee with a kettle was also provided.
Location: Excellent! We were able to walk into Doolin at night to get dinner / go to the pubs. It was about ~10-20 min walk depending on where you go. Close driving distance to Lahinch, Doolin Pier, and Cliffs of Moher as well!
Hosts/Check-In: Very friendly and helpful! Check-in was super easy as well.
EVERYTHING!!! my fav part was the personal handwritten note and two yummy treats we had in our room when we arrived. it was super thoughtful and touching. the restaurant connected to the hotel had such yummy food and drinks were on point. Wish we had stayed there longer. And another fav part was the yummy breakfast in the morning, honestly one of the bestest breakfast I have had anywhere in the world. Sooo fresh!!!!!
The friendly staff made this a memorable stay. The room was warm and comfortable. we had dinner in the attached restaurant and the food was outstanding. breakfast the following morning was also delicious and there were plenty of options. They even gave us a parting gift of yummy sweet bread. Next time I am in Doolin I will definitely return here.
The property is so close to the bus stop and good restaurants. If you’re staying in Doolin to see the Cliffs, this is the place for you. Bernice was so kind to welcome us and the property was exactly as pictured. Also, I thought the water pressure for the shower was fantastic. My husband and I had a great stay and would definitely come back!
Cormac and his wife Liz were lovely hosts for our two nights in Doolin. The home is lovely and is in the perfect location for all the pubs, restaurants, and outdoor experiences such as hiking to the Cliffs of Moher or a ferry out to the Aran Islands. The rooms were clean and comfortable with an amazing breakfast. We will definitely be back.
Breakfast was not offered, but the Doolin Cafe had a very fine breakfast and was just a 100 yards down the road. Dinner sites were just as convenient. The location worked very well for us to get in a couple short walks right there as well as giving us fine driving access to the Ferry and the Cliffs of Moher walk.
Nice variety of bars, cafes, restaurants and outdoor spaces on site. Live music outdoors was a bonus. Modern hotel and clean room. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, and never seemed stressed despite how busy it was. Food was good, and location is close to other bars of Doolin. Plenty of parking available.
It was lovely to have something to ourselves not rely on pugs for our dinner. Having our own private space that wasn’t a hotel was also very nice. The cottage had a great view and as only a short drive into the village. I highly recommend this location if you are spending a couple days in Doolin.
This was such a quaint stay. The host was polite and the room was private and comfortable. One suggestion- book the restaurant! It’s Michelin and looked amazing. We were sad we hadn’t booked it. We did end up at Gus’ Pub and the food was so good. We loved our Doolin stay.
Wonderful location, right opposite the Hotel Doolin. Brilliant shower, comfy bed and good communication. I worked from home in the room and it was a very peaceful, private place to be during the day, with good choice of bars and restaurants nearby for the evening.
Lovely location and views. Really nice room. We really appreciated that Declan toook the time to show us the castle and give us its history. Fantastic food in restaurant. We had lovely breakfasts and the two best dinners of our three week holiday.
Large well appointed rooms. Lovely common areas. Nice view of the ocean from front facing rooms. Restaurant & small pub on the property. Food (breakfast & dinner) was excellent. Tour of the castle on the grounds was really interesting.
Fabulous property, really clean and just all round lovely. Vincent was so nice and SO accomodating. We were there for a wedding and he even dropped us into Hotel Doolin. Really lovely stay and would go there again in a heartbeat
Stayed for one night to attend a wedding at the hotel doolin, so didnt spend much time there.
But hosts were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection on the menu.
Set of houses behind the Fiddle and Bow hotel. Perfect location for a trip to Doolin and Burren location. Spacious house with large kitchen and separate living room. Would visit again!
