My pal and I were walking the Dingle Way, and Noreen graciously offered to drive us from Castlegregory (along the path) to her home in Goulane about 3.5 miles away. Her hospitality and graciousness continued throughout our stay. Her view is amazing, the rooms incredibly comfortable, the shower fantastic after 20 miles of walking, and the breakfast was delicious—my pal and I suspect she home baked the delicious toast! Everything was incredibly comfortable, and we had a great night sleep before waking up to walk another 25 miles. 10/10 would recommend Fort Farmhouse.

Located 5 minutes’ walk from the nearest sandy beach, Fort Farmhouse B&B overlooks Brandon Bay and the Maharees Islands. Water sports, surfing and horse riding are just some of the activities which can be enjoyed in the local area. Free Wi-Fi, private bathrooms and complimentary tea & coffee are provided with each room at Fort Farmhouse. A four-bedroom house is also available and includes a large dining room with an open fire and a fully equipped kitchen. Traditional Irish music and food can be enjoyed in the nearby pubs, and the county town of Tralee is just a 25-minute car ride away. The picturesque scenery of the Dingle Peninsula can be reached in just 10 minutes by car and features secluded coves, ancient ruins and rolling green hills.
