Country Cabin Retreat, Ireland's Hidden Heartland F35 YC67, hotel in Ballyhaunis

Providing a garden, Country Cabin Retreat, Ireland's Hidden Heartland F35 YC67 offers accommodations in Ballyhaunis.

Lovely little cottage! Cozy livingroom and a great kitchen! The only issue is the cottage’s proximity to the main house on the property so not a strong sense of privacy. The family dogs were a joy to play with and great entertainment. It’s located in a rural area outside of Dunmore and is very peaceful.

Lovely active town, not too far away in the car from where we were heading. Off license open till 10, though local shop shut at 8. Val's bar was very nice food wise and good money. Many bars if you fancy a drink.

We did our grocery shopping in Ballyhaunis. If you fancy a pizza it has two takeaways there. Ballyhaunis got a mention by the actor Paul Mescal (Normal People);in a funny TV advertisement last year. It is an ordinary town that is geared towards local people, not tourists.

Nice small Irish town where everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The Seven Oaks B&B was a great place to stay even though it is a bit further from the town center than most other places to stay. Vals Bar and Bistro had such good food at reasonable prices that we are there multiple times.

Ballyhaunis is a small town with shopping traditional bars and a variety of places to eat .most people stop here for a little break and Continue on to knock and other places in the west of Ireland it can be busy as the town is narrow and cars have to be careful going through
