Great location overlooking beautiful Lough Sheelin.
Great location overlooking beautiful Lough Sheelin. Nice 9 hole par 3 golf on site. Had a great day fishing on the Lough. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Would be a fab wedding location. Restaurant closes relatively early and no other options for food nearby so just be aware of that. We will definitely go back!

Staff were very helpful we were made very welcome food for breakfast and dinner first class. The gardens and flowers very well kept the Gardner does great job. The view of lake and lovely walks around hotel were outstanding.
Exceptional gardens overlooking Lake and mountains. Immaculately maintained flower beds . A most beautiful array of colours of so many different varieties of flowers and trees. So peaceful and tranquil. Most friendly and helpful staff. Lots of areas go sit and enjoy the spectacular scenery. Had a lovely chat with Liam GM...who made us feel so welcome. Such a lovely atmosphere and ambiance within hotel
Highly recommended.
The hotel was excellent could not fault it one bit the hospitality and friendliness of the staff was second to none they couldn't do enough for you the veiws and secerny was spectacular the rooms was lovely warm and comfortable .the breakfast was excellent and cooked fresh for you I would definitely go back and hopefully stay for more then one night .
The property was very private and relaxing with great views. The hot tub added to the relaxation! very comfortable even with the weather we had.
the hosts where lovely, even offering to take us there and back to the local hotel so we could enjoy a bit of food and drinks but unfortunately we where to comfortable in our wee hut!
A full Irish breakfast was cooked and served by donna. She was so chatty and helpful. The house is very remote and it’s decor was old irish. Lots of animals around which we liked. If it’s peace and quie your looking for this is the place. It’s not a five star hotel so don’t expect it to be.
Beautiful views. Staff were lovely in every part of the hotel. Food was delicious at every meal. Big shower in our room which is a hard find when you're plus size so that was great. TV has apps built in so you can log into your own Netflix and stuff 👌
An overall beautiful hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Crover Hotel. From when we arrived we received a great Cavan/Irish welcome, which has been lost in many other hotels. The atmosphere & grounds are excellent! Staff have a very 'can do' attitude, which is very refreshing 😊.
Wonderfull location by the shores of Lough Sheelan and within walking distance of Crover house hotel and golf course. House is small, simple and comfortable with comfortable beds and hot shower. Great value for money.
excellent Breakfast
Very Nice staff , especially the lady (I cant remember her name), who also has a husband working in the hotel.
Two very nice staff members welcomed us, as did Liam who was good craic.
Absolutely loved the hotel, room very comfortable except it was very warm and couldn't turn heating off completely. Staff were lovely especially Mary on reception. Very homely
