We were warmly welcomed into the house and greeted with a fantastic array of cake, fruit and biscuits in the kitchen. The cupboards had the key condiments and oils already stocked, meaning that we only had to shop for the basic ingredients. The house is spacious and comfortable, and Brian was the perfect host, swiftly sorting out any minor issues. The location is perfect for visiting Waterford, New Ross or Cork and it is only a 5-10 minute walk into Dungarvan, which has good shopping and restaurants.
Very pleasent surprise in the center of dungarvan. The front room was cozy with TV, table/chairs, sink, fridge (with bottled water and large bowl of creamer) , and kettle with plenty tea and coffee.
The bed room was very spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and a 50/60 in TV that had net flix. WiFi was effortless. Had a great night sleep. The bathroom riviled and upscale hotel. This place is a hidden gem with every shop and amenity in dungarvan just outside the front door.. 😊
The room was clean, and comfortable and we slept well. All of the staff we met(reception, bar, restaurant) were very friendly, informative and obliging. For example, we had a car issue which needed to be dealt with urgently and the reception staff immediately sourced a local garage for us and the problem was sorted. The location of the hotel is good, particularly for anyone interested in walking or cycling the Dungarvan/Waterford Greenway.
All the Staff (on arrival & at Breakfast), were very nice, friendly & welcoming. The room was very nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable & shower was great. We stayed 1 night, but, Fridge was a Bonus for someone staying longer, if required. Great choice at Breakfast and loved getting it served to our table, hot & fresh from the Kitchen. We will definitely return to the Tannery when we stay in Dungarvan again.
Great location easy access to the town centre with free parking outside. Exceptional quality of decor and facilities in the apartment/rooms. Lovely touches with free tea and coffee facilities. Easy access to the Greenway. Shop and lovely cafe beside townhouse . Our host Lily was available to contact with any queries. Will definitely stay again when visiting Dungarvan.
We had a lovely lady Mary check us in, a waiter Brendan who was great fun we loved him, Joy greeted us for breakfast what a charming lady.
In fact the Team at the Park Hotel were terrific.
We were a party of 4 seniors my friend and her husband throughly enjoyed the evening with Brendan the singing Chef what a great night. Well done all the 4 days were great.
Everything was perfect for us, amazing hosts they were so kind, it will a pleasure to come back to this lovely place, great and peaceful location, the viewing is beautiful enjoyable after a long day exploring around, all facilities extremely clean and comfy, delicious breakfast, I can say it was the best B&B we have stayed in Ireland.
An excellent location in the centre of Dungarvan, close to the main square and sea front. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and well furnished. Despite the very central location we were not disturbed by any noise as the bedroom is to the back of the living area. John was very helpful and accommodating.
Everything!
It’s clean, private, and comfortable. The host is the best. We had the best breakfast, really gourmet. The bed is super comfy, and the shower is hot.
We enjoyed walking to town for dinner.
We will return to No. 12 for sure, and recommend a stay at No. 12 without hesitation.
We spent two nights at Follies Suites and loved the gorgeous sea view. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. Nicely decorated and had a large bath. Catherine was so nice and kindly made us pasta for dinner as we arrived late and we were exhausted from driving.
We booked Dun Ard for 2 nights so that se can visit Dungarvan and ride bikes along the Waterford Greenway. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate. Our hostesses were most hospitable and gave us other recommendations for rainy days. They made us a delicious breakfast.
Everything..
Our hostess was v friendly, a wonderful cook..breakfast was amazing (starters, main course & desert..all freshly made)
The room was v v comfortable, beautifully decorated..
The area was quiet & close by The Park Hotel..
I would highly recommend.
If you want a 5 star B & B this is it. Great location for visiting West Waterford & Dungarvan. Beautiful & comfortable room. Breakfast was first class. You were able to choose something different each morning & excellently presented. Thanks Joe & Ann

Kay is a lovely host and leaves milk, cornflakes scones and jam prior to your arrival.
Would definitely recommend and return to St Anthonys b&b
Room was spacious. had plenty of tea and coffee in room. Staff were extremely kind and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Tudor house as its located less than a 2 minute walk from the town centre
very accomodating - we were able to lock our e bikes inside the hotel - huge bonus. Breakfast was ok typical for an included breakfast, location is excellent, staff were very friendly
the best of Irish hospitality in a lovely B&B overlooking Dungarvan Bay and the Comeragh Mountains
I would recommend it highly to anyone travelling around Ireland
We had a very welcoming arrival from Aoife. The house was so clean, very spacious, & had everything we could possibly need. House was also central to town.
