Carrick is a very rural area but absolutely beautiful in nature, probably the most gorgeous part of the world I’ve ever been to. Hiking around Carrick was such a good experience. In terms of food, I went to the local Chinese takeaway which was decent (can’t really expect that much from a takeaway tbf).
