Very nice inn in quiet little town just off M11 motorway near Wicklow. We stayed there so we would not have a long drive to Dublin airport in the morning. Fish and chip dinner in restaurant was outstanding and the breakfast in the morning had many options, be sure to try the porridge.

Wicklow is a historic town and still an operating harbour, in the vicinity of the Wicklow mountains. There's plenty of interest in the town, including the harbour area including the Black Tower, and the Old Gaol museum. There's pubs and restaurants to suit most tastes - I ate at the Blue seafood restaurant on the quay and it was excellent. Truly the garden of Ireland. So much to see and do that I would have needed AT LEAST a week to have seen everything I was interested in. Beautifully kept villages that were spotless and bustling with people. Local people extremely friendly. Can't wait to come back! I can really recommend a cafe 'Turquoise' for veggie or vegans. The amount of options there was amazing and the food was some of the best I've ever eaten. Along with 'The Happy Pear' in Greystones. You def need a car to get around and I can recommend stopping at Victors Way for a bit of a different experience with lots of unique statues.SaraUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

Wicklow is a quaint place and easy to get around if you park your car and walk. There are interesting shops to be found in the town of Wicklow. The surrounding areas towards the mountains is definitely worth exploring. There are great walks and public transport easy to navigate.Sarah
