We travelled with my parents who are in their 80s. My dad asked for a cup of tea in the morning but was refused. We knew there wasn’t a cook to do breakfast but surely a cuppa for a man in his 80s wasn’t too much to ask . My dad would have paid for it. Hotel is in an excellent location but unfortunately we will not stay here again.AnnUnited Kingdom
