Patrick was very kind. Location and views were amazing!
This property is set on the beach. Barrow House offers waterfront accommodations in a Georgian manor house, and set on 2 acres of its own private beach.

Exquisitely restored manor house facing out onto Barrow Harbour, making for an amazing luxury place to base yourselves on a motoring holiday of west Ireland. Darragh the owner is exceptional. She has a rare gift for genuine hospitality spiced with humour and quickly wraps you in lively conversation that leaves you feeling like old friends. The breakfast is generous, the menu is amazing and served around an old dining table that feels like a Jane Austen novel.
Book while you can. I have a feeling this place will become so popular you can’t easily get in. Thanks for a fantastic stay!
We had a lovely time in the cottage. Three generations felt at home. Everything was there. Easy for the surfers: the bathroom near the garden, where the wetsuits could dry. The accommodation is very centrally located for excursions, walks and close to the sea. Especially important for the teenagers: great WiFi! Thank you Dennis and June
We loved everything about our stay here. It was so welcoming, clean, and comfortable with beautifully decorated rooms. The bathroom was huge and our room even had a walk-in closet. The view was stunning as well. We had some delicious dinner in the local village of Castlegregory and also enjoyed an evening walk on the beach. The breakfast we were served was way above anything we expected and it started our day out perfectly.
The location was perfect for the activities we had planned, the room was lovely, the breakfast was exceptional with so many options and absolutely delicious (plus all accommodations were made for us as we’re vegans). And the host is such a lovely person! If we’re ever back in Castlegregory we’ll definitely be staying here again!
Out of our 12 different accomodations, mainly including breakfast I believe the Shores Country House was on top for two major reasons, a so delicatly decorated rooms, so many small attentions, everything was very classy AND an unforgetable breakfast that a 4 stars hotels could easily present.
A truly exceptional hotel experience. A fantastic swimming pool all to myself after checking in. Great comfy bed with a great view. A superb breakfast of smoked salmon & scrambled eggs topped everything off. I only stayed one night but won't forget it. Thanks to everyone there.
This guesthouse is in a beautiful location overlooking the sea in western Ireland. The room was lovely; the host, Annette, was absolutely delightful, the breakfast was excellent, the other guests friendly, and it was sparkling clean. There was nothing we would change.
Located between Tralee and Dingle with very nice view on Tralee bay cottage. You can enjoy Atlantic view in sitting room with cup of coffee. Local shop just in two steps- all usual items is there. Host very nice and helpful. Beach just 300m down.
We really enjoyed our stay at Harbour House B&B and totally recommend staying there. The walks around Castlegregory beaches are incredible and the B&B is the perfect location to start.
Staff, rooms, breakfast all are 10/10.
Mary, the proprietor, is just wonderful! So helpful and kind. A word of advice, if you are hiking the Dingle Trail this place is wonderful but not on the trail. Be prepared to cab/taxi it to and from Castlegregory.
The location was beautiful! Our room was lovely and impeccably clean. The hosts were very friendly and we enjoyed meeting the family and sharing some stories. We hope to return on our next visit to Ireland!
Beautiful home with exceptional view of the beach. Host couple are delightful. Afternoon cake yummy. Breakfast was exceptional with traditional Irish plus other choices cooked to order.
great location with beautiful views. Morning walks on the beach every day. This was my first time staying in a B&B and it wont be the last. Will def return to this house.
Mary, our hostess was very kind and helpful. She recommended must see places and good restaurants. She even packed us a to go breakfast on our departure day!
