At ten minutes walking distance from Athlone town centre and the train station, we got a full-sized 2-bedroom 1.5 bathroom appartment with all ameneties and well-equipped kitchen, all much bigger than we've had before when booking a self-catering appartment. We only stayed one night, so it was a pity we couldn't really enjoy it completely; this would be an ideal starting place if you want to explore this part of Ireland for several days.

Cosy apartment with fire stove ligger i Athlone, 10 km från Athlone Train Station, 11 km från Athlone Topwn Shopping Centre och 14 km från Athlone Golf Club.

We stayed over the Christmas holidays 2023/24. I could not recommend this property more. The location is just a few kilometers from Athlone, which is in the center of Ireland. This made it ideal for us as we were looking to visit areas all over the island. The apartment is quaint and comfortable on a very quiet country lane. But most of all, our hosts were absolutely the best. We will be visiting in Ireland again, and we plan to stay here again.

The email instructions were easy to follow. Parking was available and easy to get. I was pleasantly surprised to find towels there. It had all amenities. It was lovely to find the table already set for dinner!
