We were quietly greeted in the driveway by a lovely, small dog with a wagging tail. After we finished talking with her we were greeted at the door by the gentleman of the household. The home is situated on a small island with a grand total of approximately five homes spread across said island. The home is small step back in time with modern conveniences and clean, comfortable rooms with a view of castle ruins. Hosts were charming and kind!

Lovely B and B ón beautiful Carrig Island and with views of Carrigafoyle Castle . Rooms were very comfortable and breakfast was one of the best we have been offered in any B and B. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful break away but still have access to most of Kerry, West Limerick and Clare (across on the ferry from Tarbert) within an hour’s drive.
