This feels like a family hotel, but also a very boutique hotel experience. Every detail is so well thought out. The property is gorgeous with rooms in several separate buildings overlooking a gorgeous central garden. The views in all directions are spectacular as the hotel sits at the tip of hill just up from the town. It is also just a ten minute walk down to the harbour and the town centre. A really great location. We loved it!

The view from the house is very pretty, especially the host's garden and the lake with the sailing boats. The breakfast was excellent.

The room was bright and airy, the beds comfortable and the general ambience welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. The location is quiet and easy to find, though a kilometre outside Baltimore village centre. The walk is easy however. I can thoroughly recommend Channel View.
