Ronnie and Armen were excellent hosts! They were super friendly and helpful in planning our visit to Cobh and the surrounding area. They have the most adorable golden doodles, George and Teddy, who are very friendly and cuddly. We were able to pet them and have great conversations with our hosts. Breakfast was amazing, there was nothing wanting and everything was prepared thoughtfully and to our taste; we could have sat in the breakfast room all morning! Parking was very easy. There were plenty of linens and towels for the room (which smelled amazing), and if we needed anything, our hosts were very obliging, asking questions to ensure our comfort. Would stay again and again!

Intricately decorated with the most perfect antique furniture and the dining room is well lit and simply perfect for so many occasions. Breakfast was excellent and selection was wonderful…our plates arrived piping hot and our little one felt like a princess being offered hot chocolate with mini marshmallows :) the rooms were beautiful and well lit. Loved arriving to a chocolate on my pillow and wished more places would do this. We fell in love with the two doggies who were wonderful hosts and extremely social…just perfect little ladies. We could not have asked for a more well placed bed and breakfast…definitely not our last visit.

The location of this property is picturesque. The rooms are clean and well maintained and the highlight of the stay is definitely the scrumptious breakfast. The village of Crosshaven is walking distance from the property and the city of Cork is well connected by bus. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. My taxi to the airport did not arrive on time and the host dropped me to the airport in their car. I am very grateful to them for this kind gesture. A highly recommend stay.

It was a lovely & secluded home, that was peaceful & set amongst trees, with views to the water. Mary was wonderful and went out of her way to make guests feel welcome & at home. Her home-cooked breakfasts were AMAZING!

A home away from home. Such a very welcoming atmosphere and Jas is an excellent host. Her sister Susan kindly gave us a lift into the centre as she was leaving. The house is immaculate, with thoughtful touches in the bedroom and bathroom. We loved Marley the sweet little dog. I highly recommend.
