Staff are super friendly and professional, ample parking in the lot, and the hotel is located a short 40 minute walk from Ennis town. The grounds themselves are well kept and very quiet. Room had an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and kettle (fully kitted out). Excellent water pressure in the bathrooms, which are kept very clean. Complimentary bottled water was provided and refreshed each day.

The room has enough space, comfortable and quiet. I was able to relax and have a private time. At first, I was confused about handling the Irish style? doors, etc...but owner's quick response was so helpful for me.

Unit is very private in a quiet neighborhood. It has everything we needed for an extended stay. Close to a small grocery for essential items. Nice walk into downtown Innis along Fergus river. Innis has good bus and train connections. Owners and neighbors are friendly and welcoming but not intrusive. Perfect!

Great location in the centre of Ennis yet quiet. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Special mention for the friendly night porter. We were attending a local music festival and unexpectedly arrived back at the hotel on the early hours of the morning only to be greeted with a friendly welcoming smile.

Great location just outside Ennis town. Perfect for access to Ennis and other amenities (such as cliff of mother) but far enough away for a quiet night sleep. Owners very welcoming, keen to feed you cups of tea and coffee and biscuits! 🤣🤣 Well kept, nice and clean, hearty breakfast with your choice of cooked foods in the morning.
