Perfectly renovated boutique hotel. Great little pub downstairs. Great location, close to some excellent restaurants and pubs with live music.

The host is lovely. Eileen helped us to get to the farmstead, explaining about the best routes. The bed was comfortable and the room was lovely.

Jimmy, Bernadette and their little dig Holly were lovely hosts. I met Jimmy as he was sitting in the front garden when I arrived. Even before Id gotten my bags out of the car, we were sitting chatting about family relatives in Ireland. (I met Bernadette later that evening), and after making a cuppa, I went back outside to find Jimmy still sitting in the sunshine. He and I continued our conversation from before and discussed our knee replacement (1 for him, 2 for me). Holly his little Jack Russell kept us company till it was time for Jimmy to go inside. The room was a generous size, with a comfy bed, comfy armchair which I later sat in watching the descent size TV on the wall. There was a tray with a kettle, T/C/S/M and biscuits (which were a welcome end to a tiring day). Shower was hot and strong. Windows were able to be opened which I loved getting fresh air into the room which helped dry some hand washing I'd done before bed. There were plenty of spaces or window ledges to my stuff on, along with a dressing table, mirror and chair, and armchair as m mentioned before. Thectoyr and hallwayscwere adorned with family photos, plaques and sayings. It was a lovely home and I felt very welcome.

Loved everything about this place. Great vibe. Fantastic room upstairs, superb bathroom and shower, bar downstairs, Friendly and helpful host. Great value too.

Absolutely charming house, clean, comfortable, private bathroom, very friendly staff, fresh breakfast, a very short walk from pubs, cows and a massive bull calmly grazing away on the property, I’d 100% stay there again!

The B & B was excellent. We were given a sumptuous breakfast. The rooms were very nice indeed and were equipped with everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and I would certainly recommend it.

Beautifully presented home in a quiet rural location with friendly, welcoming hosts. Everything was top class from the tasteful furnishings to the wonderful breakfasts cooked by our host. Conveniently close to Castlemaine with a range of options for meals and superbly located for exploring the Dingle Peninsula and the Ring of Kerry.
