    The host was very welcoming, kind and friendly and the fresh apple tart and tea on arrival was an added delight. The bed was very comfy and the room very clean. Breakfast was self service and everything was provided - cereal, bread, fresh fruit, cheese etc The area was lovely and quiet and I would have no hesitation in staying there again.

    The room is cheap and comfortable for a night and the hostess was amazingly nice and made an effort for a nice included breakfast, a nice talks and explanation of the area. She was also very flexible with the arrival time.

    Helen gave us a really warm welcome. High tea on arrival excellent fruit cake and apple tart. The room was very comfortable with ensuite shower. Fabulous views and quiet location for restful stay.

    I got lost on the countryside road and checked in later than the arranged time. Helen was such a great host, a very warm welcome. She provided me with local advice for living/renting near Limerick. Highly recommended
