Catherine, our wonderful hostess, could not possibly have offered a more well-designed, thoughtfully and elegantly furnished, suite of rooms for this visit! We dined out before we arrived. Catherine gave us a quick tour of each suite, what was where, and left us to enjoy our evening. The morning brought a kitchen filled with two types of bread, plus croissants, ham, cheese, butter, homemade local jams, orange juice, milk, 3 kinds of coffee, a French press, several Fortnum & Mason teas, and yogurt. One could have brought the leftovers out for a picnic, with a cooler handy!

The rooms were spacious and quiet, set in the countryside, but within a short walking distance to Bunratty Castle, Durty Nelly's, and The Creamery Bar & Restaurant. The beds are so comfortable! The shower pressure in the bathroom was wonderful, as well. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a real pleasure to stay in Cahergal Farmhouse. Mostly because of people there - Hosts were hospitable and super helpful. They managed to solve our issue with lost bag in a bus on our way there. Also they gave as a ride few times, which was essential for us. So only nice and pleasure moments in my memory.
