Dawn was incredibly accommodating and helpful. This place is quiet and comfortable, and there are lots of amenities included. We especially enjoyed the breakfast selections each morning. It's a lovely place to relax.

The B&B was spotless. Our hosts were super friendly and down to earth, very easy to get comfortable here. As we were travelling with a small child, we were so happy to see that there was a noise cut off time. And might I add that the fry was one of the tastiest I've had in a LONG time!

Catherine, our wonderful hostess, could not possibly have offered a more well-designed, thoughtfully and elegantly furnished, suite of rooms for this visit! We dined out before we arrived. Catherine gave us a quick tour of each suite, what was where, and left us to enjoy our evening. The morning brought a kitchen filled with two types of bread, plus croissants, ham, cheese, butter, homemade local jams, orange juice, milk, 3 kinds of coffee, a French press, several Fortnum & Mason teas, and yogurt. One could have brought the leftovers out for a picnic, with a cooler handy!

The staff were very friendly and the location was ideal for me. It was very quiet, the shower was fantastic and the facilities were great. Breakfast had a great selection and the orange juice was in the fridge already. Good coffee. No complaints.

The couple running this B&B are extremely friendly, breakfast was excellent, all freshly baked, too much to choose from. The location very close to Bunratty Castle is very convenient.

The host was very welcoming. She offered us the big family room although we have booked a regular room because we have 2 children, a newborn and a toddler. Throughout our stay she has managed to provide everything we needed. We were also offered a quick tour around the farm so my son can see the horses. Before we leave the host offered us coffee/tea and home made scones for the ride although our booking did not include breakfast.
