She gave us a map and showed us routes to take around Achill Island to see beaches, historical sights and viewpoints. Ann seems very proud of the island, and rightly so as the scenery is absolutely spectacular. Our room and ensuite were perfect being very clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent as well. Ann went out of her way to ensure we were well looked after in her home. Thank you very much, Ann!

Also, Fiona is such a lovely host, always available when needed, the room was spacious, the sheets to die for, the breakfast was plenty and delicious, and a fab location to explore Achill Island - definitely a hidden gem!

Beautiful peaceful location but not too remote from bars or places to eat. Very friendly (but not intrusive) host who gave us a great welcome, a good breakfast and lots of good advice.

Excellent place with a magnificent view, welcoming and very pleasant hosts and calm place. Very good breakfast, totally recommended! There is a walking/cycling route just next door which takes you to the one of the best pubs on the island.

Hy Breasal B&B is situated close to the end of the Great Western Greenway, which is a 42 km-long route for walkers and cyclists. Free on-site parking is available and shops & bars can be found in the surrounding village. Breakfast was delicious and Marie was amazing, really helpful and kind.
