Ideally set in Kilkenny, Butler House offers an à la carte breakfast and free WiFi. This guest house provides free private parking and a 24-hour front desk. The hotel has private parking, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and check in was very smooth. We had three in our room; parents and one teenager. We were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and served at your table by very professional staff. The room was amazing with a spectacular view of the perfectly groomed garden and Kilkenny Castle. The location made it easy to see all of the main sites within the townsite and is close to many great pubs and restaurants. A river walk is minutes away and there are plenty of quality shops. Highly recommend fish and chips at Matt the Millar's, just down the hill.

The room was spotless and very comfy. Several pilows in the bed. The hostess is lovely! The breakfast was delicious.

It is an amazing property with so much atmosphere that you feel transported back in time. Mary is a fabulous hostess and gave us a thoroughly entertaining history of the house. Grange Manor is spotless, exclusive, incredible value, and we enjoyed every second of our stay there. It was an experience that will stay with us always.

Great place to stay, very comfortable. The hosts (and their dog) were very friendly and welcoming. Elizabeth was a delight and so helpful telling us all good places to visit in town plus directions. We were treated to a full Irish breakfast in the morning with homemade bread which was delicious!
