Around 5 minutes’ drive from Mountmellick, Barrow View B&B enjoys a relaxed setting near the River Barrow, and provides free parking and Wi-Fi. Very nice hosts, beautiful garden and gourmet breakfast. Thank you very much!

Even though we only stayed one night I loved our stay at the oak house. Everything about the property, from our lovely hostess Trish, the cozy beds, and homemade bread at breakfast made us feel at home. I loved the property and amenities offered. Our room was well stocked with lots of delicious snacks. I will 100% stay again and longer next time instead of just a pass through.

Nestled at the foot of the Slieve Bloom Mountains, Roundwood House offers Irish hospitality in a historic home of architectural interest. The best food we had during our 10 day trip in Ireland. Really enjoyed the stay in this country manor - fantastic service and made to feel like a special guest. The animals (dogs, cat, chickens geese and ducks) provided a lot of entertainment as did the sights and sounds of the amazing gardens. The feel of the house was so unique- historic but relaxing. The proprietors were super friendly. Make sure to opt in for dinner, it’s well worth it.

Set in the Valley of Stradbally, Fitz Of Inch - Self Catering is located in the heart of Ireland's Ancient East. Everything was beatufil host was superb and we enjoyed our stay

Fabulous Georgian House of the 1770s beautifully restored by its owners from whom we had a very warm welcome. We had the top floor with separate bathroom, sitting room and bedroom. Bags of character and our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Lovely garden.
