Even though we only stayed one night I loved our stay at the oak house. Everything about the property, from our lovely hostess Trish, the cozy beds, and homemade bread at breakfast made us feel at home. I loved the property and amenities offered. Our room was well stocked with lots of delicious snacks. I will 100% stay again and longer next time instead of just a pass through.

Really enjoyed the stay in this country manor - fantastic service and made to feel like a special guest. The animals (dogs, cat, chickens geese and ducks) provided a lot of entertainment as did the sights and sounds of the amazing gardens. The feel of the house was so unique- historic but relaxing. The proprietors were super friendly. Make sure to opt in for dinner, it’s well worth it.

Fabulous Georgian House of the 1770s beautifully restored by its owners from whom we had a very warm welcome. We had the top floor with separate bathroom, sitting room and bedroom. Bags of character and our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Lovely garden.
