Margaret and her husband were so lovely and caring. You could feel the family hosting environment right away. The room was big and well equipped as well. Vegan breakfast option is totally available.

The area is popular for hiking, with the Wicklow Way trail within 400 metres of the property. Glendalough is 11 km from Coolalingo B&B. Along the Wicklow Way trek in a lovely valley. Maura is a wonderful hostess. Accommodations are comfortable and breakfast is outstanding. There is a lodge across the street that is a pub with great Irish food fare. A very nice respite from the bustle of city life.

Lovely hostess. Large room. Everything needed was close by.

In a scenic, rural setting, Glen na Smole is located just 15 minutes’ walk from Wicklow’s centre, offering an extensive breakfast menu, free golf club hire, and free parking. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, and Wicklow Golf Club is 5 minutes’ drive away. Fiona was super welcoming/accommodating and friendly. We stayed here for 1 night as we attended a wedding in tinnakilly house. Fiona offered us lifts to/from the venue and gave us tips about taxis/getting to and from there. For the price it was unbelievable accommodation (big room) and a really good breakfast the next day. Would highly recommend here!

We had to leave early for the airport and did not expect any breakfast. But she was so nice to offer to make us a breakfast box to take with us. Really helped us. Good location to the national park.
