Maura is a wonderful hostess. Accommodations are comfortable and breakfast is outstanding. There is a lodge across the street that is a pub with great Irish food fare. A very nice respite from the bustle of city life.

Abhainn Ri Farmhouse has a stunning lake view location overlooking the Wicklow mountains and Kings River, as it flows into the Blessington Lakes. Everything is amazing - the view to the lake and hills, the owner’s warmth and care, the room, the breakfast. We will definitely come back here again.

Great value and, especially, by current Irish standards. Huge guest house, may be the biggest in the world !? Lovely breakfast. Lovely hostess. Large room. Everything needed was close by.

In a scenic, rural setting, Glen na Smole is located just 15 minutes’ walk from Wicklow’s centre, offering an extensive breakfast menu, free golf club hire, and free parking. The breakfast was incredible – best one we’ve had in a bnb/hotel! All in all a highly recommendable place.

Surrounded by beautiful County Wicklow countryside, Lettermore Country Home provides warmly furnished rooms with free Wi-Fi. Ann was an amazing host. Super nice and helpful. We had to leave early for the airport and did not expect any breakfast. But she was so nice to offer to make us a breakfast box to take with us. Really helped us. Good location to the national park.

Central House, a property with a bar, is situated in Shillelagh, 23 km from Altamont Gardens, 31 km from Carlow College, as well as 31 km from Carlow Town Hall. Nile and Sean were the best! I got a very welcoming reception and a lovely farewell from the staff before going back to hiking the Wicklow Way. The best b & b for hikers! Oh, and there's a pub downstairs🤩
