Breakfast was an absolute delight every morning , we couldn t wait to see what warm baked goods marsha had produced that morning , plus coffee , juice , fruit , yogurt and granola or chia seed pudding or porridge with berries , pastries and butter, milk and jam. Delivered to our door at an arranged time . Marsha and Jimmy could not have been more helpful or considerate . The location is beautiful, very peaceful and well maintained All facilities were clean and in good order . I would highly recommend the yurt at McClure Glamping site . It was our first experience with glamping and it was marvellous! The yurt was cozy and romantic and very spacious! You are provided with everything you need. There is an gas outdoor-grill and a fireplace. Our host Kevin provided us even with a bottle of wine as a welcome. The yurt is on private property near the house of Kevin, but you feel all alone like in the woods. We were sad to leave! Thank you, Kevin!!

Loughcrew Glamping, akomodasi dengan fasilitas barbekyu, berlokasi di Oldcastle, 3,3 km dari Kebun Sejarah Loughcrew & Pusat Pengunjung, 19 km dari Biara Kells, serta 20 km dari Gereja St Columba. Yurts were very clean and comfortable. We particularly likes the inclusion of kindling and firewood to light the stove and outdoor firepit. Toilets and showers were nearby and also very clean. Kids enjoyed the play area and games room. Kitchen facilities.were also very good.

The caravans are beautiful and very efficiently designed/laid out. The listing on booking.com doesn't give a lot of information about the caravans so I thought I'd include some information here. Layout: In daytime mode, there is a large sofa facing the kitchenette (sink and cooker with pots/bin/water container/icebox etc underneath) and there is a table with a smaller 2 seater sofa on either side. There is a dresser with storage of kitchen utensils and crockery and 2 free drawers for your own use. There are a couple of other tall storage units, for hanging clothes/suitcase erc. In nighttime mode, the large sofa pulls out and turns into a large double bed. You can also have a bunk bed over this for an extra one person, if you like (we didn't but the kids used it in the daytime for playing). The table folds down to create another smaller double bed, which comfortably sleeps two kids. Bedding is stored under this bed. There's a gas cooker, with 2 rings and a grill. There are also gas powered lights indoors. We didn't use these lights as the weather was really hot while we were there and I had brought a chargeable electric night light for the kids. All the caravans are the same and they each have a picnic table, firepit and BBQ outside. They're also reasonably private with trees between each one. You can buy fuel for the BBQ/firepit at the reception. By chance we had brought two long cane sticks and these were perfect for roasting marshmallows over the fire at night. There's a small building with a communal fridge. We didn't use this but should have as it would have been much more effective than the icebox in the hot weather. There wasn't much food in it when I checked on our last day. There is a very modern common room with a sink with hot water, WiFi and power sockets where you can charge your phone etc.
