The owner was just so welcoming and at same time not intrusive.
I stayed here before and returned with a family member who loved it.
It is simple and very homely. The breakfast was traditional and you can ask for different things. The owner even asked us if we wanted a coffee or tea when we arrived. You are made to feel so welcome!

Breakfast was fine. Other food was convenient but otherwise not noteworthy. Location on major highway was convenient for driving but left nowhere to walk to.

The setting is beautiful. The walk around the grounds is lovely. The restaurant/bar was very very good. The spa was a welcome relief after a long day of travel.

Multyfarnham is a really quaint Irish village set in the countryside away from the freeways and mainstream tourist route. Weir’s restaurant bar has excellent meals in the town. The friary and walk around the garden are well worth it. A mere 15 mins away is Mulligar where Lough Ennell and Belverdere house and walled gardens are. Just a lovely area.

Our trip to Multifarnum was for an international pickleball tournament. It was important for us to get a location near to this event and Chez Nous was just around the corner. Although it is a small village, we found a nice restaurant where we ate each night, where the folks were so very warm and welcoming.
