We loved the hospitality. The Cedar Manor is family run and it really shows as the hosts take pride in their home. Breakfast was fabulous. Cedar Manor is within a very easy walk to many of the finest restaurants. We will definitely be back. Very nice stay.

Breakfast was excellent. We loved having afternoon tea and scones in the drawing room, and a refreshing cider served while we read. Books about Beatrix Potter and a sunny window seat to snuggle up and read were very much appreciated.

Each morning, we were greeted with a sumptuous breakfast that catered to all tastes, featuring fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. The room was beautifully appointed, with attention to detail that ensured a luxurious and restful experience. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the views from our window were picturesque, offering a serene backdrop to our stay. The location was ideal for exploring the natural beauty of the Lake District, with easy access to roads, trails and lakes. Tarn Hows was close by and simply quintessentially English countryside at its best! What truly set this B&B apart was the genuine care and hospitality of the hosts.
