Finding this hotel was like finding a little oasis. I was treated so well. The hosts were lovely, so helpful and definitely went the extra mile. The grounds were beautiful and so quiet. I stumbled across this place by a very fortuitous accident. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Such a wonderful experience staying at Solar do Magoito. Everything, from the room, the gardens and the common areas, is super clean and well kept. The hosts are very friendly, always approachable and extremely forthcoming. They went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible, including superb breakfast in the morning. If you are planning to come to the area and are looking for an intimate and personal experience full of opportunities, I cannot recommend this place enough.

Great communication with our hosts. The place was lovely, comfortable and clean. The garden was amazing. There’s a little bakery/restaurant very short, walk away… but be prepared to spend plenty of time there, as service is not exactly prompt. It’s next to a catering company that sells meals to take home, too. There’s a small market that’s a slightly longer walk in the other direction.

The location, the staff and the room were awesome! I was planning to work during the trip so good internet was very important, not only did they have good wifi, they also have a library with amazing ocean views to get comfortable and inspired.
