Situated in Newtown, 5 minutes’ drive from Ballyvaughan and Galway Bay, The Waters Country House boasts over 40 acres of farmland at the foot of the Burren Hills. Hard to know where to start - extremely well thought through accommodation from the hosts Wolfgang and Maria. The countryside location meant it was super peaceful and there were a number of area to chill with the great honesty bar facilities. Breakfast was the best we had on the tour. Still don’t think I am capturing the uniqueness of this place - it is way above anything else we stayed in that sea to get similar scores on sites like booking.com. if we were doing this trip again we would make this a base for a few days.

Situated within 40 km of Cliffs of Moher and 48 km of Dromoland Golf Course in Doonbeg, Dromelihy House Stud provides accommodation with seating area. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgable host. Offered to drive us to our destination free of charge. My girlfriend loved interacting with the horses.

Built in the Georgian period in 1736, Aran View Country House stands on a hill on the coast road and commands one of the finest views of the wild Clare coastline. Huge room with a nice bath room. Awesome views to the Irish countryside and Aran islands view!

Set in Lahinch and only 15 km from Cliffs of Moher, Suaimhneas offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. The location was amazing and very close to Lahinch town centre. With picturesque views of the ocean and country side. The accomodation was clean and very comfortable to stay in. And Helen was very welcoming and accomodating. Her two dogs and two cats were extremely friendly and would definitely recommend if you’re an animal lover.

Situated just 2.9 km from Doughmore Beach, Atlantic View provides accommodation in Doonbeg with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as bicycle parking.
