The room was quite large considering the price. There was quite a big walk-in wardrobe, and it had an en-suite bathroom. The house was in lovely condition and the host was very friendly. Also it was only a 30 minute walk or 4 minute drive from Martinstown House which is where the wedding was located that I was attending. So if your plan is similar then this is a great place to stay.

The cleanliness of the Pod was excellent, check in & check out was hassle free with simple instructions to follow. Plenty of the basic kitchen utensils were present. The peace & quietness of the area was great for that 'get away' feeling.

A warm welcome on a slightly late arrival. Room was spacious and included an adjoining room with TV and fridge. Easy to find with a suitable satnav and set in beautiful countryside translating to a quiet setting. A good breakfast was served with everything you would find in much larger establishments. We would stay again if travelling in Ireland again.

Checked in at 12 noon, due to having to change my plans. Excellent staff and many thanks for allowing such an early check-in.
Lunch was a good choice of food and wide range of menu. Good value and plentiful. Nice large well decorated room. A great place to stay in Athy.
