For travelers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts might offer interactive kid-friendly activities or for couples, a cozy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is usually included – you may even be collecting the eggs yourself!
What is not to like about Greenfields Farmhouse. Mary was the perfect host - and I really mean that! She welcomed me in instantly and made me feel right at home. If you're looking for a cosy, homely B&B, definitely book this place. She even offered me some of her delicious homemade apple pie. Breakfast was also fantastic. The location is also great for exploring Co. Kerry.
Quiet, cosy, clean, extremely comfortable, overlooking the farm & animals, a real retreat if you want to escape to the beautiful Kerry countryside. Fantastic value for money, a great base for exploring the county, couldn't fault it!

Mary, the hostess, is delightful and the accommodation is lovely.
Make sure you're very hungry if you have the full Irish breakfast.
It's very good and there's LOTS of it!
very friendly lady, who showed us the farm and greeted us with a warm apple pie and tea. for breakfast there where a lot of friends and yoghurts. we enjoyed our stay. no breakfast time, just talk to the lady and you will get „your“ time. it’s was a lovely and perfect stay. thank you.
Very nice B&B on a little island reachable over a bridge. Proper maintained Rooms with rural views, very quiet and relaxing. The hosts are welcoming and you can see that they love what they do. I enjoyed a full week at this marvelous place - fully recommended !
I had the best stay at the Greenfields Farmhouse. Mary was the lovely host and on my day of arrival I was even invited to the cow milking 🥛 experience. The room was spotless and the breakfast was fantastic. If you’re looking for a budget stay South East of Limerick, this is the place to go. Of course, here is the farmhouse so you must bring your own car. No public transportation available nearby.
Great rural location to stay. Great views of estuary landscape and nearby historic castle. Great breakfast. Very friendly hosts in Garrett and Patricia. A favourite place to stay.
Mary and Leo were excellent hosts, their Farmhouse is very nice, tidy, neat, homely and peaceful.
The breakfast was very modern, with lots of variety and healthy hot breakfast options.
Mary provided a lovely homemade apple tart, ice-cream, fruit and tea/coffee, upon arrival.
Mary and Leo provide a excellent service and kind welcome.
