The location was great. Being a little out of Killarney it was quiet, but it was only maybe 5 or 6 minutes from the city centre. The bed was comfy and the room was much larger than we needed. The staff we met were pleasant but they were still trying to limit contact with guests due to COVID. The puppies and bunnies were a great little bonus.

Everything was ready and clean. Beds were comfortable and and tons of space. Donal stopped by to add more wood to the fire and check to see that we had everything we needed. He was extremely friendly and helpful.
