Surrounded by beautiful tranquil countryside and well-kept gardens, this charming family-run country house offers comfortable accommodation, tasty fresh food and a traditional Irish welcome.

This coastal manor house has a long and rich history, with some parts of the original building dating back to the 17th century. Today the hotel offers peace and quiet in a wonderful tranquil location, as well as a small bar with a real open fireplace and a good restaurant in the old house.

Charming and quiet, but an easy walk into town. Spacious rooms and we enjoyed the on site restaurant and bar.

The host was extraordinary. Barbara set us up for a holiday we never forget. She recommended things we would never have experienced without her guidance. The breakfast and accommodation were outstanding. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We can nothing but recommend Brabara's B&B. Location was quiet yet within close proximity to the centre of the town.

Our host, Irene, was fantastic- extremely welcoming and her local knowledge was invaluable. The breakfast was delicious and the ability to have a scrummy homemade porridge with fresh fruit rather than a full Irish (which my husband had and thoroughly enjoyed) was very welcome. The location was perfect for our needs and the B&B was very easy to find. We would definitely stay again if we visited that side of Ireland.

Corby House is in a great location, you can easily walk into Ardara. Arlene is a great host and was easy to contact, we also had a lovely meal in her Pantry too. Chinese take away & Nancy's gets the thumbs up too. It's a good base for exploring Donegal.

Woodhill is a very charming guest house with some period features, exceptionally friendly staff and a cosy fire in the bar in the evenings. The driveway to the house gives you the impression of arriving at a manor. The rooms are clean and have a good size. Good breakfast, too. I especially liked the porridge and the scrambled eggs.

The view was amazing from the guesthouse, with high plateaus and the distant cliffs of Slieve League in the far south visible on a clear day. Louise was a great host who was always ready to help and cooked a wonderful full Irish breakfast. There were snacks and water available, which was nice, as well as coffee and tea in the room. She even supplied a foldable bed so we had a 'twin' room - this was very nice of her. All in all we had a wonderful stay!
