Very authentic experience and genuine hosts. Location is great, lovely view from the window! Very clean and comfortable beds. Live music at the restaurant downstairs. Would recommend this place any time.

Exquisitely restored manor house facing out onto Barrow Harbour, making for an amazing luxury place to base yourselves on a motoring holiday of west Ireland. Darragh the owner is exceptional. She has a rare gift for genuine hospitality spiced with humour and quickly wraps you in lively conversation that leaves you feeling like old friends. The breakfast is generous, the menu is amazing and served around an old dining table that feels like a Jane Austen novel. Book while you can. I have a feeling this place will become so popular you can’t easily get in. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

The location is lovely and the campsite is quiet and completely safe for kids. Audrey does toasted marshmallows at the campfire for the younger ones. Ashes pub next door is a gem and their coffee shop is absolutely fab!
