There was nothing not to like about this lovely place. It is close to everything in Kinsale. Our room was beautifully laid out and spacious, every little detail had been thought of and the shower was great. Breakfast was very generous with fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt and 3 options of delicious cooked breakfasts on offer. Maeve the lovely host couldn't have been more kind and helpful, on one morning we had to leave early and she offered to make us breakfast to take with us. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this lovely place to stay in Kinsale.

Ann was an unbelievable host. After having a tough day of travel she greeted me with a beer and peanuts in my room and made sure I was squared away with any questions I had in the town. Additionally, the bed and showers were fantastic. Just what I was looking for after a long day of traveling and a night on the town. Free parking across the street and very centrally located to all the best bars and restaurants in Kinsale. 10/10 will be back!

Kinsale is a beautiful town, just 10 minutes away from this lovely property. The property is situated in a tranquil area with a beautiful view of the river and nearby farms. We were travelling as a family with 2 kids (age 10 and 11 years) and the family suite fulfilled all our expectations.
