Set in a 500-acre private estate, this 18th-century country house offers luxury rooms with countryside views and its own tennis court. Guests can enjoy on-site trout fishing in the river.

Coopershill is steeped in history which was in itself a reason for a memorable stay. Add to that the welcoming owners and their fantastic and friendly staff, from whom nothing was too much trouble, and cap the whole thing off with gourmet standard food (both the breakfasts and evening meals) using local ingredients, many from the immediate locale and attached gardens, all of which results, in my opinion that it would be hard to beat, not just in Ireland, but also many of the other countries that I have visited.

Situated within 17 km of Ballinfad Castle and 23 km of Cathedral of Immaculate Conception, Peace and Tranquility features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Ballymote.

An absolutely stunning location, beautiful place, house, room..everything. Even had a shared kitchen, and the host Anne provided us with fresh eggs, and many good tips to see and explore. Wonderful view from the garden, where you can sit and enjoy your meal. Perfect host Anne - extremely friendly and welcoming, it was perfect and will give my best recommendations. This place is that sort of place, where you feel at home. Don’t hesitate to book this place - it’s marvelous:-)

Featuring a garden and views of garden, The Coachhouse @ Kingsfort House is a guest house situated in a historic building in Ballintogher, 13 km from Sligo Abbey.

Atmosphere and character of the house with a pleasant outdoor space. Michael was a very helpful host.
