I stayed with friends and family on the night before my wedding. The cabins were absolutely gorgeous, tidy and comfortable. We had milk, bread and other bits left by the owner which was lovely. We cooked dinner & breakfast. All facilities were perfect.

There is ample parking and it is close to some beautiful walks along the river Boyne. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Rob and Caroline were excellent hosts. We had a lovely stay and recommend this Guest House.

We cannot thank them enough for the hospitality and wonderful experience of staying at Butterhouse. Breakfast was good with lovely Irish bread & fresh fruit. Trim is a great place to visit. Would recommend Butterhouse to anyone visiting this part of Ireland!

She gave us a lot of information about the area, had maps ready. The room is very spacious, the bed is actually wide, which is not too common in Ireland, the bathroom has a shower and a bath tube, and is also very spacious. The area is very beautiful and quiet and it is only a short drive to the beautiful town of Trim. We had a great stay with Cecilia and will sure come back.

Caravogue House is a 15 minute walk into town for pubs and restaurants. Caroline is a friendly and helpful host. Our room was clean quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and there was on-site parking.
