The location was perfect for me. Waterford Golf Club is literally across the road. The property is well located and quiet, and you will be in the city within minutes by car. The room comes with a nice bed, an en suite bathroom with a shower, a kettle, tea, and coffee, and it even has a mini fridge.

The room was very clean and neat, like everything is new, including bed's sheet and blanket The host, Mr. Steven was very kind and always trys to help us. We can enjoy a nice view and use the club house in the golf course. The nearest town and view and houses along the new cove are cosy and beautiful.

Everything from the time you arrive Stephen is very well organised. Door keys were available on arrival.Room looked very smart, clean, and comfortable

very nice location, very clean room, everything we needed on site and Steven was excellent at communicating throughout our stay and beyond.

A lovely stay spotless clean, near all amenities, good value for the money, but seeing it's increasing by €30 a night next year it would not be value for money as the room is very small and there is nowhere to put your clothes, no drawers or wardrobe, and the shower room is very tiny.
