Loved the morning walk in the pristine surroundings. Old trees, rhododendrons, fields with grazing thoroughbreds. Very homeish feeling. Spacious rooms and real Irish breakfast (perfect fuel for the day’s hike). Wonderful staff, when you need something, otherwise we actually had the place for ourselves which was great. We bought our own drinks and food and could use the facilities in the kitchen and dining room. Don’t miss this gem❣️

The breakfast was an expertly prepared full Irish Breakfast with several choices available. The eggs, laid by the cottage's chickens and sauteed to perfection by the chef/owner were the best we had throughout our trip to Ireland.

Perfect accomodation to visit Kinsale. Location is great, room is beautiful and surrounded by beautiful art! Totally recommended. I will visit again

Whispering Pines offers accommodation overlooking the Owenabue River, just 1 km from Crosshaven. Free WiFi is offered in public areas and free private parking is available on site. The location of this property is picturesque. The rooms are clean and well maintained and the highlight of the stay is definitely the scrumptious breakfast. The village of Crosshaven is walking distance from the property and the city of Cork is well connected by bus. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. My taxi to the airport did not arrive on time and the host dropped me to the airport in their car. I am very grateful to them for this kind gesture. A highly recommend stay.

Set in Kinsale and with Charles Fort reachable within 5 km, Pier House offers a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a shared lounge. Featuring luggage storage space. Room was excellent, location is perfect. Anne, the Owner, goes out of her way to make each guest feel special. She will recommend excellent restaurants and managed to get priority reservations at busy times.
