Lovely house, plenty of space. Beds were comfortable. Milk in the fridge for when we arrived. Was a nice touch. Cleaning products included. Lovely pub and restaurant right next door with great food and service.

The house is basically a new one, spacious, with 1 bath, 2 showers and 3 toilets and all of them are in execptional condition. Two-floor bed is replaced with two usual beds. Kitchen is good with everything you need and all is clean and new. You can control heating but the house is rather warm and we never used heating on the second floor in the midle of Feb and used only few hours a day on the ground floor.

Parking was available. Easy access to house. Plenty hot water & nice shower. Floor appeared wet ? Leak from outside, dripping heard outside....didn't investigate. House and neighbours were quiet. No noise overnight at all. WiFi at local hotel & restaurant.

Location was perfect, 2 minutes to beach and great location to tour west Clare, Loop head, Doonbeg, Kilrush and more. Property was very spacious, very comfortable furnishings and cooking facilities were excellent. Cleanliness was excellent and management were very helpful with any requests.
