We had full access to the hotel facilities (we stayed in the holiday homes on site) The kids loved the pool which we visited every day. Trim is an ideal location as there is a huge amount to do within an hours drive from anything in Dublin to Tayto Park, to Newgrange and the Hill of Tara and of course Trim Castle itself. The town of Trim is also very well kept and has a lovely feel to it for just walking around.
