We specially enjoyed the projector for movie nights ! a lovely note was also the picnic blanket that we used at the beach. To note we don't have a car, but you can walk quite easily to the beach and taxis can come and collect you.

Very easy and keys in lockbox so didn’t feel any pressure to meet host at a specific time. House was very modern and spotless and much bigger than it looks!

We did struggle a bit getting the keys out of the key box, but we managed. It was great being able to do it under our own steam without having to arrange meeting up with anyone, as our travel didn't exactly go to plan :-D. It's a lovely property. Super clean. Cosy living room. Big enough kitchen - perfect for assembling simple meals. The garden was bigger than we expected - the pictures don't do it credit. Very comfy roomy bedrooms with good storage and power sockets. And quiet - even though on a busy-ish road - so good window insulation. A comfortable temperature (we were there early March and the weather was a bit fresh) and easy to heat. Electric shower, so not dependent on the boiler being warm for hot water. Loads of supplies like hand towels, soaps and washing up and cleaning materials. Good stable wifi and the full range of streaming channels and TV. GREAT location. You can walk anywhere in Wexford town easily. And the massive Tesco supermarket just 2 minutes away (also handy for a cheeky bit of overnight parking, but hopefully we spent enough in the store to make it worth their while).

It’s easy to find and on a road where in an hour walking, two cars passed us. The annex has everything you want in terms of home from home. Aidan and Claudia have perfected the art of welcome and are there if needed and very responsive. Lovely woodland and very relaxing gardens make it even better.
