From the moment you arrive at the gate, you can tell the grounds are well maintained and a lot of thought goes into the design. Gus, Murphy, and Rodney (3 inquisitive alpacas) greet you along the driveway, adding so much character and charm to the property. The Mews itself has been built to a very high standard, tastefully decorated, spacious and clean inside. It is conveniently located for nearby shopping centres but secluded enough to be very peaceful and quiet. This, along with comfortable beds, led to a great nights sleep! The gardens and canal walk are beautiful. The owners of the property are nearby if we needed anything, but they completely respected our privacy and didn't disturb us at all. Aisling was a great help, sending quick responses to any questions we had and giving suggestions. We would love to return.

Located in Celbridge, Castletown Gate House offers a spacious self-catering holiday home featuring a garden with a terrace. On-site private parking is possible free of charge. The cottage was excellent the town is amazing super nice people and the village Inn pub has the best food and service ever we will definitely be coming back
